Cancellation Before Shipment
1.1 How to Cancel
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at customercare@chiselhouse.pk or by calling us at 92 333 8244735 (Mobile / WhatsApp), landline number +92 42 37261574 with your order number and reason for cancellation.
1.2 Timeframe
You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been in production. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-4 working days after confirmation on call, so it’s important to contact us promptly.
1.3 Custom or Special Orders
Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the production process has begun. Please review your custom order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Cancellation After Shipment
2.1 In-Transit Orders
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy once it has been delivered.
2.2 Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of an order that has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds for refused deliveries will only be processed once the item is being sold by us, minus any return shipping fees.
Refund Process
3.1 Refund Method
If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3.2 Partial Refunds
In certain cases, such as when only part of an order is canceled, a partial refund will be issued for the canceled items.

4.1 Non-Cancellable Orders

4.2 Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Exchange Policy.
